Ready to start your NEW sexy pole adventure? This class is designed for anyone with NO prior pole experience. In this class, you will learn basic pole techniques and strength training. By the end, you’ll know a choreographed routine consisting of struts, hand grips, spins and transitional moves.

Let's take it up a notch as you move from Intro Pole to Beginners! Let us help you find your flow in your platform heels. We’ll teach you how to transition from pole spins into transitional dance moves. Please bring knee pads and your platform heels! A choreographed routine comes along with this class! Introducing Heels and Thrills - the level UP from Introduction to Beginners! In this class, you’ll progress toward inverting by the end and smooth out your moves. Knee pads, and heels are required.

Body Party is in full effect at Pole. We focus on strength and flexibility as you become more comfortable at the poles. Floor play, spins, inversions, head stands, and transitions are included. The pole is your best friend at this level. Knee pads, and heels required.

Stuck on a move or just want some extra practice? Take advantage of pole play (open pole) where you can work until your heart's content. Instructors will be in attendance to guide you through technique. Members ONLY!
